    APPOINTMENT TO STATE OF FLORIDA COUNCIL

    Mr. McGuinness recently concluded a four year appointment by the Florida Secretary of State as a member of the Private Investigation, Recovery and Security Advisory Council. The appointment was made pursuant to Section 493.6104(2), Florida Statutes, which authorized Mr. McGuinness to make recommendations to the Department of State on matters relative to the regulation of the private investigative, private security, and recovery industries.
